Small culinary issue:
Since our arrival, we eat well and cheap. For 1000 yen per person, or 7 euros, meals can be quite substantial, with our miso soup every day.
Except that if the food is full of delicious soup, rich in flavor, including vegetable protein, sugar and slow, they are quite poor in vegetables and I’m not talking fruit. A sliced spring onion, mushroom and a piece of turnip hardly constitutes “vegetables”.
Fortunately, today we could eat a banana each, coated in chocolate, but a banana anyway.
