Our last days in Kyoto are held peacefully. We enjoy the good weather (I took two sunburn) and cherry blossom is finally here.
We made a nice walk in the gardens of Nanzen temple. We admired an aqueduct and we frolicked along the canal. Then we admired the rain of petals falling from trees, foam beds, air so sweet.
In the afternoon, we go for a tea ceremony presented by geisha (Xim had to make two trillion pictures, a little patience…). I admit that I was glad I had a ceremony with Shigeru our master potter, as the one with the geisha was certainly very aesthetic, but devoid of explanation.
They are also great these malignant geisha, since it is necessary to wait before my ceremony and before the show, so many people waiting in a shop… And yes, it works (as in Dubai, it did not work but there was also a currency problem).
So we attended the Miyako Odori, a dance performed by maiko, geisha apprentices, to celebrate the beginning of spring. The show was eight tables, with fantastic decorated.
Have also geisha kimono dances, so it is not the Cirque du Soleil. But it was beautiful, with a traditional orchestra of ladies and ladies. Watch them play also was part of the show.
And we ended the day… under the cherry trees in bloom.
