The recipe for the lemon biscuits did not convince me: an enormous quantity of exotic ingredients (sugar cane and rye flour) for a “good but not great” result (c).
I took the opportunity to inaugurate my “tree kit” purchased in Alsace. I have not a perfect mastery of the glaze, which is a little “mono-block” instead of “light and delicate snow” but I will train each year.
