Or day two, depending on how one counts …
We arrived yesterday after a trip full of turbulence and thus 3 or 4 hours of sleep (well I can speak for my little person).
Arrived on Japanese soil we logically recovered the luggage and cleared customs. After changing our euros into yen, we were actually interviewed by Japanese television. Young people were approaching those who did not have a Japanese lokk-like to ask questions: where have you from, why you came, how you met each other… Xim wore the sweat of Kinen it has therefore begun to talk of aikido. With Lo, they made an open demonstration at the airport 🙂
We finally managed to escape and we took the train to Kyoto. The landscape is much like the Paris suburbs, between the airport and Osaka and Kyoto even with high buildings.
In Kyoto, we took a taxi to the house where we are staying. At a moment, we even thought that the taxi could not find the address. We made 3 stops to check the address, but we finally arrived in a charming traditional home. After a little rest, we went in search of a meal, the first on Japanese soil, a story Xim will tell you as it is he who has the photos.
Anyway, I’m glad I took sweaters: it is not hot! 🙂
